Web Clips not Refreshing

Hi,

How to I have web clips in desktop refresh? That window is displaying
the same information from last night even though the feed has since
been updated.

1) the manual refresh button does not even refresh the list
2) the feed is an rss 2.0. It does not appear to have a ttl entry

Another question is how do I mandate "show all clips from this feed" to
be the default setting for the feed? (this is accessed by right
clicking the information section of the box.
