Will NOT work in Firefox 1.5. Why?

Using this http://www.counterexample.org/maps/from_to_linking.html as
my guide I managed to do this
http://www.cnrt.scsu.edu/content/about/directions/googlemap/googlemap.html

Both work according to design in IE 6, but not Firefox 1.5. Can not
make an entry in the address form box in Firefox.

This is my first effort in using Google Map API. Any help is
appreciated.
