Adding a specific location to the map?

Apologies for the basic questions, but I've managed to embed the test
map into a test page on our site at: www.tradmusic.com/maptest.htm.

How do I specify a location other than Paolo Alto? I think I am
looking for GPoint references, is that right?

Also, I run a database with addresses, postcodes etc. Is it possible
to feed in a GPoint from the database so that the map dynamically
changes depending on which address is selected from the database table?
