Richard's method is the way we do things as well, but looking at the
documentation has me wondering: "destinationUrl: If set, updates the
destination URL. If a blank string is present, we unset the destination
URL (so this keyword will default to using the one associated with the
creative)."

I'm not good enough at reading WSDL files to understand if the
Criterion Service makes a distinction between a blank string from the
destination URL and a null or omitted value. The verbiage suggests
that if the value is unset (null, not blank), the destination URL will
be left alone. If that is true, you wouldn't require the
getAllCriteria() step; you could simply populate an array of Criterion
objects with the ID and Ad Group IDs, max CPC, and pass it to
updateCriteria() and get the desired result.

Can someone verify or refute this?
