County Lines Problem Again

It seems I am having problems when I drop a table of cartographic data
in MySql database and then try and import the same data again after
deleting everything from Access. The polylines will not display for the
county I selected from a drop down menu.

I am importing a new Excel file again(with the same data that displayed
before) to Access and then export that to MySql database then link it
from the Access database back again. The polylines will not display at
all . Is this a FF browser problem or something else???? I have also
tested my maps page in IE and get the same results. The county in
question worked, but I was trying to import a more accurate file due to
overlapping of adjacent counties. Any ideas out there on what I am
doing wrong?????

My original County line problem (not displaying polylines) was due to
the way the ASCII cartographic file was imported from Excel to Access.
The import wizard from Access toggle box for "First line is a header"
must be toggled off. Silly mistake on my part!!!
