Denied URLs

I have a smattering of URLs that are "URL not under Sitemap path",
however I have my sitemap.xml file in the root, so I'm not sure why it
can't seem to get to these pages. Specifically, the pages are:

http://venafi.com/company/privacy.asp
http://venafi.com/product/cdp.asp
http://venafi.com/product/serverManager.asp

One possibility is that my hosting provider (Verio) creates a "webroot"
directory that my website goes into and their DNS resolves to
../webroot/. Is that causing the problem? Does Google want
sitemap.xml to sit a level higher?

Anyone else have this problem?
