Does google froogle ONLY suitable for USA website?

I have a few websites include USA, UK and Australia. The feed of USA
websites are ok and can find them in google froogle. but the other two
can not. The feeds of these two are ok too, it shew :

Outcome: Success
Number of items processed: 169
Number of items succeeded: 169
Number of active items: 169

But when I enter "store:discountproducts" in froogle, It shew
Your search - store:discountproducts - did not match any products in
Froogle.

Enter "www.XXX.com", I got the same information.

Why? Is google froogle only suitable for USA websites?
