domains pointing to same webspace & sitemaps

Hi,
I have got 3 different domain names all pointing to the same webspace.
ie www.one.co.uk, www.two.co.uk,www.three.co.uk, two & three websites
are pointed to seperate folders two, three. And www.one.co.uk is
pointed to the root folder . I have got a sitemap in the root dir which
is just a list off url's. How should they be listed?
http://www.one.co.uk/index.html
http://www.one.co.uk/two/index.html
http://www.one.co.uk/three/index.html

or

http://www.one.co.uk/index.html
http://www.two.co.uk/index.html
http://www.three.co.uk/index.html

Also I have updated the sitemap a couple of days ago and nothing is
appearing in google searches apart from the old page I had a while ago,
which is also cached by google. If anyone can help ot would be great!!!
