[Gmail-Users] using a designated contact window

I am new with Gmail. When I go to Contacts and click onto a contacts
name it opens a window that has that contacts name and email address on
it. The problem I'm having is that nothing else in that portion of the
page (when I click on it) will open. The only way I can get back to the
previous page is to us the back button on the microsoft explorer tool
bar. What am I doing wrong?
