How do you get google to correct their map?

I looked up a couple addresses in my area today on google maps and they are definately marked in the wrong locations. There is one portion of a particular street, with 12 units on it (that were built there in the 30's), is not even on the map at all, they skipped that dead end extention of the block and moved the house numbers 1/2 mile down the main road, making most of the numbers on the 3 mile loop totally wrong. 

 

The city GIS map is totally on, how the heck did google get it THAT wrong?
