Unplug it. HAHA!  I did a nice Google search and came up with nothing but the same question posted elsewhere, and no answers. I don't think it is possible. You can change the keyboard settings in /etc/X11/xorg.conf, but it requires X to restart to take effect. I don't think that is what you were looking for. I checked a few things on a linux box, but could not come up with anything. Maybe one of the coding geeks here can come up with a program that redirects keyboard input to /dev/null.

So please explain why you want to disable keyboard access for a user?
