Please help me make sure im not missing something

Hiya guys,

Ok a little history of my site. It used to rank top of loads of uk
financial services for over a year. At the time i was using an online
quotation system that it turns out had a flaw it was providing php
session ids to google and consequentally it created over 1000 copies of
the quote page ( there was also another problem of some duplicated pages).

As a result the site fell out of the serps last march.

Since then i have reworked the whole site from the ground up and slowly
more pages are being added to the index (280 out of 750).

I have added a blog with rss feed that is updated daily.

I have a lot of wiki links (properly added in the way they are supposed
to be no attempts at spam all professionally and correctly written
additions to wiki - all have been checked and left as they are) most
haven't been spidered yet.

I have also added the sitemap beta to the site over 4 months ago.

Now the site is definately improving but very slowley and i am concerned
im missing something.

I really need some of you guys to take a look and critique the site for
me tbh i cant see any major flaws in it at the moment (well i am a
little concerned about the size of the navigation).

I would really appreciate the help were a mom and pop and this has been
our life stlye provider for some time and weve more or less been living
off previous profits since it went down ... time for me is of the essence.

Just a quick look would be appreciated, i have been in the business for
sometime and i dont use any spam that i am aware of. The last thing i
should mention is there is 2 sitewides to the site on topic for the
product area - thing is i cant remove these cause they provide rankings
in msn and yahoo which i need to give me time to sort out google.

If noone has time i do understand totally - nothing is free but honest
labour and love both of which the site has had a lot of from me and my
whole family.
