Phil Payne, First of all thanks to you for letting me know that
duplicate keywords in meta descriptions lead to severe penaties..

John, Thanks for the list of errors.. You may be surprised to know that
I didnt actually know that the HTML errors play good role in site
indexing even though I am aware of the errors

Cristina, As per your advices, I will try to minimise the errors to the
maximum extent and will get back to you guys.. Wish me good luck :)
