The 'feed contains errors' message accompanied with 'Feed not approved
to go live', is normal while your feed is waiting to be approved. You
probably don't have errors.
It usually takes a couple of weeks, but a month is bit over the top!
It would be a good idea to shorten your feed and just upload a few
products to begin with. This might speed up the approval process as
initially feeds are checked by the Froogle team, to ensure you're
conforming to their policies.
Froogle has had problems lately so you might still have to wait before
things get done. Good Luck!
