Re: domains pointing to same webspace & sitemaps
Hi,
Me again, sorry.
About the URLs for your sitemaps and the URLs of pages
listed in your sitemap, just a suggestion:
if you want your URLs to be indexed/crawled by Google with
domain names www.one.co.uk, www.two.co.uk etc.,
then create as many sitemaps as domain names,
at the top level of their folders/subfolders,
listing URLs only from that domain and the sitemap files
submitted to Google as
www.one.co.uk/sitemap.xml (sitemap file in the root folder,
listing URLs from the www.one.co.uk domain)
www.two.co.uk/sitemap.xml (sitemap file in folder 'two',
listing URLs from the www.two.co.uk domain)
etc.
If your sitemaps are accepted OK by Google and
your access logs (if you can see them) show
access OK from Googlebot, and if/when
crawling stats are OK, then I do not know if there is
much more to do than wait
(and build more good quality inbound links,
and try to have valid HTML code,
and very good quality content etc. etc.)
