See, this is the problem with DRM. It creates unnecessary problems for
people who have purchased videos legitimately when they want to watch
them. Having to be connected to the internet to watch a video that you
have downloaded to your computer is ridiculous.

Anyway, I suggest you contact Google Video tech support.
