Google is bringing new technology online - see references to Bigdaddy -
and it's likely you're just seeing results from different data centres.

As of this morning Bigdaddy has 83 of your pages in its index. Home
page PR is still zero, though, I think it would be a good idea to
review a PICS tag - I think it likely - given how Google is developing,
that the prescence of "adult" keywords on a page and the absence of a
PICS tag may in the future be penalised.
