Re: Google CES 2006 keynote
How about paying for example 10$ or 100$ deposit to get instant new
video approval and upload accelerator.
I'm thinking to like release hundreds of megabytes big high definition
video, so with a 1mbit/s or 2mbit/s upload connection, it would be nice
to be sure it can use maximum available bandwidth, be able to resume
broken upload, and activate the video immediately, and begin processing
the lower resolution ipod/psp h264, and other lower resolution formats
with high priority. This is to be able to use Google Video for news
video coverage, sdolmething that could be uploaded from the CES press
internet connection for example HD video coverage from CES (which
upload speed per connection can be unstable). This trusted accelerated
service for independant film makers would be nice, even if it costs
money due to the resources required to guarantee bandwidth and
processing power.
A few minutes of the Google keynote is available here:

I am looking forward for the complete video! And if it is released on
Google Video, even for payment to download a high quality version, I
hope Google Video will be thus for the first time accessible from
China. Cause I'm in China right now and currently it says "Google Video
is not available for your country"..
