Re: Google Embedding Video, Suggestion

What PC software can you use to add a banner to a video. I would also
like to substitute a banner for video in cases where someone didn't
want to be on camera. We have a Todd Solondz interview with a picture
of an empty chair. I would normally just extract the audio and put it
on my site but Google Video requires a video file. I would prefer to
have a banner along with the audio but I haven't figured out how to do
that yet. Given all the video editing software I have, I may already
have a program that can do this. I tend to learn new features when I
need them and I haven't needed to do this before. Any advice would be
appreciated.
