What do you mean by 'not crawling it'?
Is your sitemap not crawled or the URLs listed in it?
What do your access logs show about Google access?
A Google search for your site
site:presa-zilei.ro shows about 90 URLs indexed/crawled
by Google.
Was your sitemap accepted OK by Google?
If you have a RSS feed for your site, you can submit
that as a sitemap, see
http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/docs/en/other.html
