I am writing this to you personally so it does not get in the ay of the
successful ideas thread.

If pricing at £0 as a ploy I fully agree with your post.

I had one item showing at £0 but that was because it is for people
wanting a bespoke order and therefore the price is unknown until the
artist sees what the client wants and then gives a price. Froogle quite
happily wiped out my entire store after months of advertising together
with several other merchants juuuust before Christmas. It would be nice
if froogle sent a blanket email to its merchants saying from such and
such a date 0.00 priced items would not be allowed. Hey Ho. Sorted now.

I have also fed back my experience to froogle together with some of the
ludicrous results from searches I am seeing now. Someone searching for
XY+Z gets items for X and also Y and also Z so ends up in confusion as
well as wasting merchant time in following up the search they used to
come to, in my case MBee, but that is another story.
