Just give it a little while until the problems with Froogle have been
fixed. It may not be a problem with your feed and until the Froogle
team fix things their end, there's no way of telling where the problem
is.
If your feed is showing as 'expired' it sounds like it's more than 30
days since you last uploaded it successfully. This is a normal message
which means it needs uploading again. Even if you have uploaded it
recently, it's likely that it's hit the current Froogle problem, in
which case you'll have to wait until it's fixed.
