Yes, of course I would do that, but that in not what I meant. I wish to
have a sort of box while I'm adding video info. Commission Yes or NO.
If yes then how much %. Sample: video for 1$ = commission - 30% = 0.30
$ for anyone who will publish a video on their web site.

Google has already all necessary software and tools to provide such
service from adSence already.

BTW, I wouldn't like to talk several thousand people...:-)
