Thumbnails should be chosen

Google just grabs the first viewable frame of every video. Resulting in
many just being a title of the video which hurts both the author and
the viewer from trying to get a good idea of what the piece is.

Almost every video program and community has a feature to upload a
still image of your choice or give you an option after you are done.

Really hope they decide to fix this.
