You won't get all stats on sub-domain level.

If an indexed page doesn't show a cached copy, that's no big issue. It
happens every once in a while. Well, and as long as a page isn't yet
indexed, there is no cached page copy.

You should remove the Google verification file from your sitemap. Also,
the second contact-link leads to your 404 page, which isn't meant to be
indexed (avoid content duplication, put a NOINDEX robots meta tag on
the 404 page and remove it from the sitemaps). Also I'd think of a real
domain, that's just $10 per year and a handful bucks for hosting, and
it will make promotion way easier.
