Boy, I don't know.

For all my successful uploads, I took the default DVD-quality MPEG-2
setting for Make Movie in Studio 9.

When you don't get accepted, what happens? "upload failed"? Just never
goes live? Or do you get a message/email saying it's rejected?

I get a lot of "Upload failed"s in the process of every
finally-successful upload.
