Cannot submit software at http://desktop.google.com/pluginsubmit

I have filled in _ALL_ of the fields at
http://desktop.google.com/pluginsubmit but when I press the [Submit
Software Button] I get the page returned with the error message "One or
more required fields is missing."
Please advise,
