[Gmail-Users] how can i add date and time in my gmail compose

hey does anybody knows how i can automatically (like in notepad
pressing the F5 key) get date and time stamp in my gmail compose.

is it there... and the second request can i see my gmail account
via a wap phone... do you know any site that is usefull in this regard.
