[Gmail-Users] Re: webclips are live!!!

I just opened my Gmail to discover Webclips. Ahhhhhhh!!!!

At first I was excited to see if what seemed like an obviously useful
important feature was in fact useful and important. Alas no.

What were they thinking? To constrain us to clicking through the
headlines one at a time is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. We don't do that for
our actual email so why would that be useful for webclippings? And to
throw in sponsored headlines as well? I hope Gmail hasn't 'jumped the
shark' so to speak?

I just can't fathom the reason for launching this service that at this
point seems to be just another crappy execution of a good idea. Here's
hoping they'll implement some major changes and soon for I love Gmail
but at this point the engagement has been postponed! ;)
