Google Accelerator Spyware

There seems to be a hidden agenda with the application prior to
installation My shut down went rather quick after I get this nice
additional message. please wait while shutting down the following

"EndProgram-.NET-BroadcastEventWindow 1.0.5....."

any ideas about this and what the hell its braodcasting to?
