Thanks for your reply. Sorry for my incorrect interpretation. Actually
I don't want to analyze data packets. In my project, after
establishing PPP connection with an application server, there is a
security risk. Therefore I want block some TCP traffic by port vise.
Since PPP is used to connect with the server, I cannot do it because
all protocol data go through, encapsulating source address destination
address port no etc. Can I resolve the problem using iptables while
using same PPP connection?
