Mike,

This link is great.  It even has info on modifying bootable CDs and creating custom ISOs.  Wasn't somebody on this list just asking about that?

mounted.  Norton Ghost is popular for cloning drives, but it doesn't
handle many of the linux file systems other than ext2.  dd and netcat
