Makeing money of crap is only possible if things are placed highly for
being popular.

Google can stop this very simply if they have a system of voteing for
*quality*
Then things with high quality get high placements.

Then, unlike the movie industary, things get rewarded for being
*enjoyable* not for being advertised like mad.
It would also stop things being simerla all the time.

It works wonders for www.newgrounds.com
There is probably no bigger stream of crap in the world then people
freely submitting flash movies.
And yet, by having a weighted voteing system, they make the good stuff
rise to the top, and the bad stuff get auto-deleted.
