Google will host a video untill/if their company goes bust.

However, if they find your specific video is drawing very heavy
bandwidth use, they will put a charge up for people to view it.
You will get 70% of the charge.

Still, its unlikely you will have anything that will do this.
Theres many videos up that are a gig big, but still free.

Google seems to have almost unlimited bandwidth and hard drive space..
