No one outside the US can get google video store, this is for two
reasons:

1) The US TV Networks are controll freaks, who wish other countries to
get programs later.
2) Google hasnt sorted out payment systems in all different contries
yet.

Theres not much google can do about 1), the networks are far too
powerfull at the moment.
However, google should get a move on and get #2 sorted.
Then at least programs in sydication, amteur programs, and ones not
tied to contracts could
be made international at the discretion of the creators.
