Infowindow w/ transparent background

Not sure if I just have been out of the loop to long or what, but when
I started testing my map again today (been on other projects), the
infowindow doesn't have a white background like it did before. It has
no background, thus displaying the words on top of the map and making
it extermely hard to read. I'm curious if anyone else is seeing this.
