Podcast double speed

Hello.

I've found out that the high-speed playback or "helium effect" on
podcasts ocurrs at "strange" sample rates, for example 24 kHz (ie not a
factor of 44.1 kHz).

I've searched the forum and it appears that a fair share of podcasts
have this problem, it would be nice if this could be fixed.
