I agree 9 days is a long time but it has been known to take longer than
2 weeks. Try uploading your feed again.

Are you doing it through the Merchant Centre or via ftp? The number of
products you include in your feed isn't what matters. It's the file
size of your feed. You can upload files under 10 meg through the
Merchant Centre but larger files need to be uploaded via ftp.
