I don't think that's possible in v2. All the v1 facilities which could
be used to determine the pixel location of a marker appear to be
obfuscated.

I can't see any reason why the version 1 method of putting a title
attribute on the top element of the marker stack shouldn't still work in
v2, but I've not yet got round to trying it.
