The information that you have listed above is far from complete. What
browser are you using? How to you access the net; i.e., cable, DSL,
dial-up, etc.?

Have you ever been able to access that page, or is this just a new
phenomena?

In any case, clear out your browsers cache and do a cold boot of the
machine. Now try to open the Google Accelerator Preference Page. If that
fails, shut down McAfee and retry to reach the preference page.

Do you have any anti-spyware programs running? See if your HOSTS file
has been corrupted. It is located in the C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
directory.
