Using Javascript to swap to and from options in the window

Hi all,

I've been working on implimenting Gmaps into our new site adn would
like to include the option for users to get directions to and from our
buildings.

I've been following the "Blackpool Community Church Javascript Team"
examples at
http://www.econym.demon.co.uk/googlemaps/ and
http://www.asvj53.dsl.pipex.com/g.htm

I've obviously missed something, could someone take a quick look at my
code and point out my silly mistake?
