Awaiting 1st uplaod, even though uploaded

Hi

Can you help with this?
I uploaded via FTP to google merchants url.
and got the message upload successful.

But I still remain at point 3 on the merchants centre home page
which says
"awaiting first upload," even though it accepted the upload
