Children viewing Porn content

I've seen many interesting and funny things on Google Video, and I've
browsed with my 10 year old daughter on several occasions. But today,
I started Google Video (luckily without my daughter present) and was
presented on the random clips front page with a porno out-take of a
fella masturbating over a womans face.

What will Google be doing to ensure that this sort of imagery is not
presented to young children?
