more than my code or database, its my idea that i want to make sure i
implement first, so i dont appear to be the imitator, while someone
else finishes it before me and establishes themself as the place to go
for this. i guess i was being too paranoid though, so now im just
focused on getting this to work.

thanks for the advice about the validator, ill definitely fix my code
to fit that standard. the main thing is i either get a browser crash
or a virtual memory low notice on my windows xp when i leave my map
site sitting there for a couple hours.

(this only happens with my site, despite its simplicity)
