make sure that you conform to the technical speicfications, because
those are important

most of your videos will be accepted, although some will be "stuck"

what are the specs on your video (ex. framerate, codec/filetype,
bitrate)

Try WMV (use vdub or stoik or windows movie maker to make it) because
through my experiences that works really well when submitted (fast:
within a week)

I uploaded my first mpeg a couple of days ago, and I have yet to see
how google video responds. Im going to try avi soon.
