Google sitemaps errors tab acting screwy...

1. This file is not in my site or my sitemaps.xml file.

http://www.fungus-gone.com/nail_fungus_eradicator_df2_guarantee.php

2. It lists my sitemap.xml url as

http://www.fungus-gone.com/sitemap.xml'

Note the quote at the end of the file...

I never put it there, and its not on the file.

I deleted the sitemaps.xml file, logged out and then resubmitted it...

Sure enough the quote came back...

What's going on???
