Same exact problem as you - I now have a "junk" file in my directory
that I can't overwrite. On the 14th, I got a message saying my FTP
password was invalid. Next day, FTP won't let me sign on - no window
to enter my account name & password, which, of course is resulting in a
you-don't-have-access-to-this-server error. I still haven't been able
to sign on. If you get some sort of solution from Support, could you
fill me in?
