It is difficult to give helpful suggestions,
only Google knows what is best to do.

Your access log entries for Googlebot look fine,
I suppose your sitemap file is also accessed OK
(it is not in your list, so I am not sure).
A google.com search for site:presa-zilei.ro
gives now 265 URLs, I think this is OK.
I do not know if it is a good idea, you know best,
but you could recommend your site
as a news source to Google News at
http://www.google.com/support/news/bin/request.py
I repeat, this is just a suggestion, I do not know
what difference it would make with your
Google search results.
