URL's restricted by Robots.txt, but I dont have one

Please help,

URLs restricted by robots.txt area I have several pages that say they
were restricted by robots.txt file. Here is the issue, these are old
pages, .php files which I have changed and are not even in my
sitemap.xml page. Why are these pages even listed? and why does it say
they are restricted because of a robots file that isnt even there?

How can I get it fixed? I dont know why they would be showing old files
when I told it to update yesterday.
